Join us for a Persian inspired Supper Club on Sunday 6 December 2015 at 2pm. We haven’t actually spent much time in the Middle East, but I’ve nevertheless spent the last year or so with a bit of a Middle Eastern food obsession. This menu isn’t strictly Persian, but instead has influences from across the Middle East. This cuisine lends itself really well to British Winters, pomegranates and quince are in season, dried fruit and warming spices are perfect for Christmas time and the beautiful colours brighten up the darkest days of the year.
Here are the details:
The menu: A Levantine inspired feast. Think pomegranates and quince, saffron and cinnamon, pistachios, hazelnuts, dried fruit and honey.
